The Arc Lane County strives to be an innovator in the nonprofit sector by constantly looking for sustainable and diversified funding for our programs and services. Our Community Donation Center project is a unique, mission-based venture and is a vital funding source for our organization's work through the collection of used clothing, small household items and furniture which are then sold by our retail partner, Value Village.
You are participating in "The Value Village Cycle. " The Value VillageCycle".
What does this mean? It is the complete circle of benefits realized by recycling goods. — Last year with your help, Value Village saved over 16 BILLION lbs of materials from going into our landfills.
Your donation positively impacts:
- Our programs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.
- Value Village customers who rely on access to quality goods at great values.
- Individuals in developing countries who benefit through the creation of their own marketplaces in which to conduct commerce, and their customers and citizens who rely on used, affordable merchandise to improve their quality of life.
