The Arc hosts several fundraisers throughout the year. These events are fun for participants, staff, volunteers, service providers and members of the community.

Fundraising events currently planned are:

• On Friday June 18th, 2010, The Arc of Lane County will be hosting a fundraising golf tournament at the Springfield Country Club. Our goal is to raise $75,000 dollars, which would help to secure the future of The Arc’s valuable programs.

  This Golf Challenge event is a vehicle through which players “raise funds and raise friends” to support the valuable programs that The Arc provides.

  We do this by recruiting captains and players who will commit to mailing or emailing a sponsorship letter and information to at least 50 people. A sample letter will be provided to fundraisers with information highlighting the impact that The Arc’s programs have on our community.

  How can you help?
  Be a Captain and recruit your own team.
  Be a Player and help the team raise money by also sending out 50 letters and brochures. We will help you find a team if necessary.
  Be a Hole Sponsor or find a Hole Sponsor.
